Do you support reproductive rights and women's bodily autonomy?

Yes. As a critical care nurse, I learned that the hardest medical decisions belong with the patient, her family and her doctor, not with politicians. Health care is a right, and reproductive care is health care.

Would you work to put abortion rights into federal law? What would that law look like?

I oppose Project 2025's plan for HHS, which calls abortion “not health care” and would cut Medicaid funding for providers. I will vote to codify Roe-level protections into federal law, and I will vote to end the filibuster to get it done. My ideal law is a Roe-style framework: it protects access, allows limits only after viability, and always protects the patient's life and health.

Do you support universal health care?

Health care for everyone, as a right. That means expanding coverage, capping prescription costs and ending medical debt. Right now, I'll fight to restore premium help for Delaware families who buy coverage on the Marketplace.

What would you do to protect marginalized people, including trans Delawareans, from discrimination?

I believe in human dignity, for everyone, with no exceptions. When Washington barred Medicaid and CHIP dollars for gender-affirming care for young people, I said it gives the poorest families' children a different standard of medicine. I stand with the families fighting that rule. I support the Equality Act, so federal civil rights law protects LGBTQ+ people from discrimination at work, in housing, in health care and in public life.

Where do you stand on the Iran war?

I want it over, and ended in daylight. Under the Constitution, Congress decides when this country goes to war, not the president. I'll vote to end U.S. involvement in the Iran war. No blank checks. No forever war.

What about Gaza?

I'll vote to stop sending weapons that kill civilians in Gaza. American tax dollars must not fund the killing of civilians.

What will you do for veterans?

I spent three years as a critical care nurse at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, caring for service members and their families. I'll fully fund and staff the VA, defend the PACT Act, and push for full testing, cleanup and care for anyone exposed to PFAS at Dover Air Force Base.

Do you support student debt forgiveness?

Debt forgiveness for all, and free education for all going forward, with fully funded public schools.

What about housing?

A home for everyone. That means investing in affordable housing, protecting tenants and closing corporate landlord loopholes.

Where do you stand on AI?

AI is being rolled out with almost no rules. I'll fight for binding guardrails, independent safety testing before release, legal liability when products cause harm, and protections for workers whose jobs are replaced. I won't take a dime from AI or tech companies or their executives.

What about pesticides and PFAS?

I'm against the PFAS and pesticides poisoning our water, our farms and our families. The people responsible should pay to clean it up. I signed 350 Action's pledge to fight for the cheapest and healthiest power we have, like solar and wind.
